From bike to work scheme application made easy to follow to how quickly the bike arrived. Also great customer service. Bike is as advertised and after a little tuning it's exactly what i wanted.

Recently got my fafrees f20 max. Fantastic bike. Extremely comfortable. Very sturdy. Feels very well over all. Battery is pretty impressive. Also sales team and customer support were very helpful. I’d recommend using WhatsApp to contact them. Very responsive!
