After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

Law:- Its completely legal to buy, sell and own an e-scooter in Ireland. At the moment, privately-owned electric scooters are illegal to use on the public highway in Ireland & the UK. However they can be ridden on private land.

At first there was a problem with the order. There was a mistake from pogo cycle and they handled it professionally ( I ordered a 16 ah battery bike and they told me there was a mistake in price and the real price was for 13 ah battery and offered me 48 euro discount although i wanted 16 Ah battery and i was also available to pay 50 euro more) although i wasn't totally happy with there solution. Motor makes very bad noise i don't know if it's normal or not. The break pad also makes a lot of noise. I hear some bad noise also from the back side of the bike (as if its very old one) According to my bicycle repair shop its bent a little bit. At the beginning the gear change wasn't working and the shop fixed it. Last but not the least i can make only 30 km with assist mode instead of 70 km declared (is it an old one?). Ahh the Box arrived open in the bottom side. i wanted to upload other video to show noise from back side but they allow only one video the 3* is for Engwe. I am not satisfied with the bike.

Engwe motor is 750 watt and all engwe motors are similar and its normal.
Bikes distance would depend on how much manual assistance is used while riding it, your weight, terrain and speed.
There are no old bikes in engwe warehouse anymore. Old bikes were 12.8 Ah, new upgraded one is 13 AH

Nifty little electric bike very stylish easy to use would definitely recommend ensemble was a bit of a challenge but with the right instructions from pogo support we breezed through it in the end also utube video was a great help in putting together happy out battery is also very good easy charge with lock in system delivery took about 5 days from Poland to Netherlands to Ireland which was given destination happy all round no trouble as yet a 5 star definitely given
