
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are based on the principal that item can be resold as new.
To start a return, you must inform us your of your decision to cancel the contract by an unequivocal statement such as email,post or calling us or chat.You can also fill using the model cancellation form set out in Part , Schedule 4 of the CRA. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't drive the scooter/bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any charges for diminished value of the goods . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations
A non standard shipping fee would be charged would for cancellation. If the item is already shipped as it's non standard delivery upwards of 30kgs returned shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods). If you ship the item back yourself no return shipping would be charged.
